Enjoy earning points with every transaction you make at our store, from registration to review!

Points are automatically collected for each customer through registration, purchases, and reviews. You can redeem your earned points for discount coupons and cashback vouchers. Every 1,000 points is worth 50 off your shopping cart.

Registration Process

To become a member of the Loyalty Points Program, simply register at UFUQ store and then register in the loyalty program. Ensure all your information is entered in your user profile, including your Saudi mobile number, email address, name, gender, and date of birth.

How Does the Program Work?

Earn points and rewards from the moment you register!

- Earn loyalty points in multiple ways and redeem them for a variety of exclusive coupons and rewards.

• Earn 1,000 points when you register at the store and complete your personal information.
• Earn 1,000 points when you enroll in the loyalty rewards program.
• Earn one point for every riyal spent on purchases.
• Earn 1,000 points when you review a product, 1,000 points when you review the store, and 500 points when you review the shipping company.
• Earn 5,000 points when you place an order exceeding 10,000 riyals.
• Earn 3,000 points when you complete three purchase orders.
• Earn 2,000 points on your birthday.

- Customers can earn points on regular and promotional product purchases, except as otherwise specified by the store's policy.

Redeeming and Using Points

- You can easily redeem points for discount coupons, cashback coupons, or shopping vouchers during your purchases at Afaq Store.

- Every 1,000 points is equivalent to 50 Saudi riyals. (Five halalas per point)

- New customer coupon for 5% off upon registration in the store. Applies to all discounted and non-discounted products.

• Redeem 1000 points for a new user coupon for a 5% discount on your purchases.
• Redeem 2000 points for a 10% discount coupon.
• Redeem 4000 points for a 15% discount coupon.
• Redeem 8000 points for a 30% discount coupon.
• Redeem your points for cashback coupons, where each point is worth five Saudi halalas.
• Redeem 1000 points for a 50 Saudi Riyal discount coupon.
• Redeem 2000 points for a 100 Saudi Riyal discount coupon.
• Redeem 3000 points for a 150 Saudi Riyal discount coupon.
• Redeem 4000 points for a 200 Saudi Riyal discount coupon. Redeem 10,000 points for a 500 discount coupon.
• Redeem your points instantly for a variety of products selected by the store.

Checking Your Points Balance

- Points are added immediately upon reaching the point eligibility threshold. For purchases, points are added when the order status is "Delivered."

- Points are automatically collected and stored in the customer's wallet at the store. Customers can use them on future orders within the specified validity period.

- Stay informed about your points balance through the loyalty program dashboard at Afaq Store.

- When customers wish to use their points, they can go to their points wallet and redeem them for discount coupons and purchases according to their total points.

Point Validity and Cancellation

1. Points are valid for 365 days (one year) from the date they were earned.
2. When redeeming points for discount coupons or cashback, the coupon is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
3. Customers will be notified of the expiry date of their points and coupons 7 days before the expiry date.
4. If a purchase transaction is canceled and points have been earned, these points will be automatically canceled, as points are only earned on valid purchases. If a purchase is canceled, the points earned will be canceled along with it.
5. The store reserves the right, without prior notice, to cancel points resulting from a technical error in the system that do not correspond to genuine purchases or are insufficient to cover the customer's actual purchases, as per the store's loyalty points policy.
6. The store reserves the right to cancel points in cases of suspicious activity, at the discretion of store management.
7. The store reserves the right to manually cancel or modify earned points in cases that warrant it, such as technical malfunctions, canceled purchases, account or loyalty program cancellations, suspicious activity, or other cases that violate the system and store policies.

Policies and Terms

- Loyalty points will be awarded for transactions executed starting from June 1, 2025, the date the loyalty rewards system was activated for the store.

- The loyalty rewards system is for regular customers only and not for wholesale customers. Points are non-redeemable for cash and can only be redeemed for discounts on purchases at Afaq stores.

- Points are non-transferable to other Afaq store customers, while coupons redeemed for points can be used by other Afaq stor customers.

- The store reserves the right to modify the loyalty rewards system policy, including the number and value of points and related processes, as needed to improve and develop customer services or as required by other circumstances.
