Shipping & Delivery Policy

Service Areas and Terms:

- Shipping and delivery services cover the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and do not include other countries.

- Shipping and delivery services cover all cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to the areas covered by the contracted shipping companies.

- Orders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are shipped at the customer's expense. UFUQ Company will deliver the order to the customer's designated shipping company.

- UFUQ Company collaborates with local shipping companies. Responsibility for the shipment transfers from UFUQ Company to the shipping company after the order leaves UFUQ Company and is handed over.

- UFUQ Company is not responsible for delivery delays if the customer's registered information is incorrect.

- UFUQ Company is not responsible for delivery delays if the customer cannot be reached at the scheduled time.

- If the order is not received by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the delivery or shipping costs.

- If the customer wishes to cancel the order after it has been shipped, the shipping cost will be deducted.

- A storage fee of 5 riyals per day will be charged for orders not collected from the customer after one month from the order date.

- Shipping and delivery policies are subject to change without notice, and UFUQ Company reserves the right to modify policies without prior notice to the customer at any time.

Delivery Time:

- Delivery takes between one and six business days, depending on the customer's city and location.

- Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, season, and customer availability at the time of pickup.

- In Riyadh and Jeddah, shipments are available for same-day pickup, subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs & Fees:

- Shipping is free for all products weighing less than 30 kg to all regions of the Kingdom.

- For shipments weighing over 30 kg, a fee of 100 is charged for the first 15 kg and 6 for each additional kilogram.

- You can use 2000 points of Loyalty Program points to have a free shipping coupon.

- If the customer is in Riyadh or Jeddah and the product weighs more than 30 kg, the customer can choose to pick up from the branch to avoid shipping fees. UFUQ Company will handle the shipping and delivery to the customer.
